The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m.  Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.  John Wagner, Jeff Mueller, Dave Paulsen and Cindy Butterfield were present.  Lindi Magnusen was absent. 

Minutes of 10/25/22 were read.  Motion to accept minutes as read by Jeff Mueller, seconded by John Wagner.  Motion carried. 

Variance on Smeester School Road was discussed.  Jean Priefer and Cindy Chartrand wanted to put a Conex box 195 feet from the front of their property vs the back ½ of the property which would be at least 303 feet.  The property also had a camper which is not currently there and there is no principle living structure on the site.  After discussion, Jeff Mueller made a motion to recommend denying the variance due to the fact that it is not on the back half of the property nor is there a principle living structure on the site.  The motion was seconded by John Wagner and the motion carried. 

Reviewed Chapter 6 of the Comprehensive Plan along with the missing pages as we have located books that had all the pages in them (were in storage).  Changes will need to be made and additional information will need to be found for updates.

Motion by Jeff Mueller to set the date and time of the next meeting to May 16, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.  Seconded by Dave Paulsen.  Motion carried.  We will review Chapter 7.
