The meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all. The entire board was present along with 3 residents and one guest.
Supervisor Paulsen made a motion to adopt the agenda as written, seconded by Supervisor Groy. Motion carried.
The clerk read the minutes of January meeting. Supervisor Groy made a motion to accept the minutes as read, seconded by Chairman Younglove. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s report was given. Supervisor Groy made a motion to accept the report as given, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried.
Recycling report showed that in January there were 17.08 tons of garbage and 3.5 tons of recyclables.
Report of building permits and fire signs showed no fire signs and 3 building permits. One for a 12x20 garage at W7771 Krueger; a 10x12 outbuilding at N17004 Love Lane; and a 24x27 addition at N17238 Frandsen Lane.
Subdivision approval at the corner of County Z and Tower Line/Reed Road reviewed. Motion by Chairman Younglove, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen to approve the subdivision. Motion carried.
Amanda Cox introduced herself and passed out her proposal to utilize the property that used to be Faith Baptist Church and turn it into a sports and community center. The board appreciated her showing them what she is trying to do and wishes her well. She is to work with Bob Grandaw on any permits needed.
Discussion of ongoing road improvement projects showed that one of our trucks is down and being worked on. We have borrowed one of Pembine’s trucks but have not had to use it yet. The guys have also done some work on the loader. Chairman Younglove has gotten some information on the LRIP grant to finish Crowe Road this year.
No public comments. Motion by Chairman Younglove to approve bills in the amount of $1,081,093.25, seconded by Supervisor Groy. Motion carried.
Next meeting will be March 14th at 6:00 p.m. Motion to adjourn by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
