Other discussion items were the school is looking into getting a resource officer in the school.  It would cost approximately $112,000 annually.  The school is looking at getting grants to help cover the cost over a 3 year period.  The town’s portion may be up to $12,000.

Another discussion item that Chairman Younglove brought up to the public that the town has the option of borrowing up to $5,458,000 to replace equipment or for long range road improvements.  Our current debt is approximately $60,000 on our town hall.  We typically have not borrowed money but one of our trucks, the front end loader and grader are aging and we might want to think about borrowing money to replace what our equipment fund does not cover.

No more discussion items being brought forward, motion made by Chairman Younglove to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Supervisor Groy.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
