The meeting was called to order at 1:05 p.m.  Supervisor Dan Groy and Chairman Mike Younglove were in attendance.  Supervisor Wagner was out of town. 

Liquor License approvals were discussed.  We have an application for a temporary license from NRSCC and the annual license from Four Seasons Resort.  Four Seasons left a check to pay personal property taxes.  Motion by Chairman Younglove, seconded by Supervisor Groy to approve the liquor licenses.  Clerk to inform both parties that they need to get their applications in sooner so that these can be taken care of at a regular board meeting. 

Purchase of loader discussed.  Another loader was seen in Michigan.  Mike will check into it.  The loader we want is from D & B Construction for a purchase price of $95,800 plus $3000 for forks and delivery fee of $500.  Supervisor Groy put a $500 down payment on the loader to hold it.  Motion by Chairman Younglove to approve purchase of the loader, seconded by Supervisor Groy.  Motion carried. 

Motion to adjourn meeting by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Chairman Younglove.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 1:25 p.m.
