Last month there were 4 building permits and 1 fire signs.
Website – Supervisor Paulsen has been looking into the cost of a town website. Jeff at North Computer in Crivitz has done some for various towns and has a template which will help keep the cost down. The cost will be under $1000 to set up. It will be user friendly so that we can upload to the domain. Chairman Gehri asked if he could try to get more detail on price so that we can vote at the next meeting.
Discussion of ongoing road improvement projects are that there has been grading of roads, brushing along roads. Jossart Road will need top dressing, a new culvert will need to be put in on Krueger, the hill on Love Lane keeps washing out so they will try crushed blacktop to see if this will help. A resident mentioned that the grading on Roth was nicely done. Another resident asked if the culverts on Town Corner Lake Road will be blacktopped. They have to settle before this can happen. They are being watched and gravel added as they settle.
No correspondence.
Public comments included continued issue with loose dogs on Roth. The chairman has permission to go onto the property and will issue a citation. Resident also mentioned that the nuisance trailer has been removed from that area.
