BOARD MEETING MINUTES

11/10/20

The board meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. All board members were present along with 5 residents. Pledge of allegiance was recited.

There were no changes to the agenda.

Minutes of the 10/13/2020 meeting were read. Motion to accept the minutes as read by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s report given. Motion to accept the report as given by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried.

Recycling report showed that in October there were 17.51 tons of garbage and 3.76 tons of recyclables/paper.

Last month there were 3 building permits and 1 fire sign.

Review of Rescue Squad Contract, motion by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen to accept the contract for 2021 at $19,000 for the year. Motion carried.

Discussion of ongoing road improvement projects are that there has been grading of and brushing roads. Culverts have been blacktopped on Town Corner Lake and Marek Road. Gravel was hauled to the boat landing at the Menominee River.

No correspondence.

Public comments included that there is a TV and some tires at the corner of Towrline road (the 90’ corner). Will have the road crew check it out.

Next meeting will be December 8th following the budget meeting at 6:00 p.m. Motion by Supervisor Groy to adjourn, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
