Last month there were 9 building permits and no fire signs.

List of Election Workers given to the board for review. Request to raise the wage for inspectors from $9 to $10 an hour and the chief election inspector from $10 to $12 an hour. They were last raised 6 years ago. Motion by Supervisor Groy to raise the wages per hour as recommended, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried.

Clean up day was discussed. Last year the cost doubled so we plan to try a different way of doing it. Perhaps by issuing tickets and having people go to GAD with their ticket like the Town of Pembine does. Details will be given at a later date.

Discussion of ongoing road improvement projects was that the crew was getting equipment ready for snow removal and doing some brushing and sweeping of roads.

Correspondence was a letter from the Towns Association regarding TAC info and a newsletter from the DOR.

Public comments were some residents on Schultz Ln having issues with speed of ATVs, dust control and a culvert coming up where the ATV’s enter the road that needs maintenance. The residents brought in an estimate of putting down recycled material as an option. After lengthy discussion there was no resolution at this time.

Next meeting will be 1/12/2021 at 6:00 p.m. Motion to adjourn meeting by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
