The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.  Present were Cindy Butterfield, John Wagner, Dave Paulsen and Lindi Magnusen by phone.  Jeff Mueller was out of town. 

We only received comments from the local school and WisDOT.  Dave Paulsen put forth a motion to approve the changes which was seconded by Lindi Magnusen.  Motion carried.  Cindy will make changes and make copies of the plan for the board members to review at the March meeting.  In the meantime, Cindy will review Airport Systems and Transportation Assets of the DOT plan for anything that may affect the town, John Wagner will look at Freight and Rail sections, Dave Paulsen will look at the Safety portion and Lindi Magnusen will look at the Active Transportation plan.  The committee also requested that Cindy send a letter to those parties that did not send any comments letting them know that we will be finalizing it at our next meeting for March approval by the board.  Cindy will also follow up with Marinette County as we have not received any updated maps. 

Next meeting will be February 25, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.  Cindy Butterfield made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Dave Paulsen.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
