The board meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all. Roll call showed Chairman Younglove and Supervisor Groy present along with 9 residents. Supervisor Wagner and Treasurer Hirte were absent.
Motion to adopt the agenda as written by Supervisor Groy and seconded by Chairman Younglove. Motion carried.
Minutes of the May 2025 meeting were read and motion to accept as read by Supervisor Groy and seconded by Chairman Younglove. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s report was read and motion to accept by Supervisor Groy and seconded by Chairman Younglove. Motion carried.
Recycling/garbage report showed that in May 17.62 tons of garbage was collected and 4.41 tons of recyclables. Clean Up Day on June 6th showed 17 residents dropped off metal and oversized items.
No fire signs or building permits to report this month.
Variance by Cornell on Rocky Hill Road. Parcel is less than 2 acres. They wish to build. Parcel was before 2 acre ordinance put in place. Motion to approve variance by Chairman Younglove and seconded by Supervisor Groy. Motion carried.
Variance by Bethke-Bablitch on Jossart Road. Parcel is less than 2 acres. She wishes to build a garage and eventually a home. Parcel was before 2 acre ordinance put in place. Motion to approve variance by Chairman Younglove and seconded by Supervisor Groy. Motion carried.
Board of Review Alternates. Assessor would like to change date due to a conflict so we will convene at the July meeting to set the new date. Alternates will be Jeff Mueller and Ken Hanson.
Received a floor clean bid of $1100 to strip and rewax the hall floors. This will be a three day process. Motion to approve bid by Chairman Younglove and seconded by Supervisor Groy. Motion carried. Clerk will work with floor person as to schedule.
Highway/road report showed that the crew has been crack sealing which is now finished and they have started hauling gravel.
Correspondence was letter of announcement for recycle grant in the amount of $2464.31; Fire department has audit from 2% Fire Dues and passed and a letter regarding extending warranty on generator.

Chairman Younglove made a motion to approve bills in the amount of $40,721.69 which was seconded by Supervisor Groy. Motion carried.

Motion to go into closed session to consider Amendment to Assessor’s contract: voice vote, Chairman Younglove, yes and Supervisor Groy, yes. Meeting went into closed session.

Motion to amend the Assessor’s contract by $2500.00 by Chairman Younglove and seconded by Supervisor Groy. Motion carried.
