The board meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all. Roll call showed all board members present along with 5 residents.
Motion to adopt the agenda as written by Supervisor Groy and seconded by Supervisor Wagner. Motion carried.
Minutes of the August 2025 meeting were read and motion to accept as read by Supervisor Groy and seconded by Supervisor Wagner. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s report was read and motion to accept by Supervisor Groy and seconded by Supervisor Wagner. Motion carried.
Recycling/garbage report showed that in August 27.91 tons of garbage was collected and 3.81 tons of recyclables.
Report on building permits and fire signs showed one fire sign on Woodpecker and 3 building permits, 26x40 1 bedroom on slab on Ring Lane; 24x24 detached garage on slab on Woodpecker; and 24x24 addition on slab on Right of Way.
Highway/road report showed that the crew has been hauling gravel on Right of Way and should be done tomorrow, new tires are put on the truck and a loader tire needs repair.
Correspondence was a Towns Association county unit meeting coming up on 9/18; the Chalkhill Flowage Fishing Club had a flag pole ceremony at the park on Sand Road and sent an email update, and received a thank you from Scott Construction.
Public comments were that there is an electronics recycling event on the 19th in Crivitz and the 20th in Peshtigo open to all. Info is on facebook.
Items for future meetings were that we received the agreement from Marinette County to print and mail our tax bills. This will be put on the agenda for the next meeting.
