The board meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all. Roll call showed all board members present along with 8 residents.
Motion to adopt the agenda as written by Supervisor Groy and seconded by Supervisor Wagner. Motion carried.
Minutes of the June 2025 meeting were read and motion to accept as read by Supervisor Groy and seconded by Supervisor Wagner. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s report was read and motion to accept by Supervisor Groy and seconded by Supervisor Wagner. Motion carried.
Recycling/garbage report showed that in June 20.09 tons of garbage was collected and 4.76 tons of recyclables.
Report on building permits and fire signs showed 4 building permits and 2 fire signs.
Bldg permit on Shangrila for a 2nd shipping container, variance passed; Smeester School Road for interior/exterior repairs on home; Shoreline for demo, new roof and new 28x23 deck; and Marek Road for a 26x56 outbuilding on slab. The fire signs were on Jossart Road and Park Fence Drive.
Pre buy agreement on Lakes Gas, there are some other perhaps lower prices so we are putting this item on Hold and will bring up at the next meeting.
Highway/road report showed that we have a truck broken down; the crew has been hauling gravel, grading and cutting roadside grass.
Correspondence was the fire department financial report, Equipment CD renewed it and the treasurer added $25000 to it.
Public comments were about the change in recycling being loose vs put in bags. This is what GFL requires and we need to follow their directions in order for them to pick up.

Announcements were Open Book on 7/18 from 4-6 pm; WI Agriculture will be doing a presentation on fraud on 7/23 at 6 pm; Blood Drive is 7/28 from 10-3 pm; and Board of Review will be 7/28 from 4-6 pm (appointments and paperwork needed).
Chairman Younglove made a motion to pay bills in the amount of $40,280.74 which was seconded by Supervisor Wagner. Motion carried.
