Public comments were from Beecher Lake District representative Amy Komis regarding the park outhouse.  The district cleaned the outhouse but would like to have a garbage can put there and they are wondering about painting/upkeep and a possible locking dispenser for toilet paper.  The board does not have a problem having the outhouse painted and if the district wants to purchase a garbage can they are welcome to do so.  The board wishes to see someone from the Lake District to keep an eye on it as the road crew does not have time to do so.  She will bring it up at the district meeting on Saturday.
