The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. All members were present for the meeting.
The minutes were read and a motion to accept as read was given by Dave Paulsen and seconded by Jeff Mueller. Motion carried.
The members reviewed the Butterfield Lane Subdivision plan. Dave Paulsen had already gone out to look at the property and gave his review. The only issue brought up was the group wondered why Lot 6 was smaller than the rest. Lot 5 could have given some of the acreage to Lot 6. All lots were 2 plus acres so there was no issue as to size. Also the road into the subdivision seemed to be in order. Everything had been surveyed and run through the county as far as shoreline issues. The members felt that since they could see no issues they would recommend that the town board accept the subdivision plan.
Project Assignment Update showed the road deeds were a work in progress, the group decided on a $100 gift certificate for the award for improved property. Lindi suggested that the Chamber of Commerce should add guided fishing into their booklet for the next time they printed and risks in fire prevention is a work in progress. Next meeting we will look further into the assignments to see what else we can work on. In March we plan to look at the ordinance book now that the book is scanned for online corrections.
Next meeting will be February 24th at 6:00 p.m. Motion to adjourn by John Wagner which was seconded by Jeff Mueller. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
