The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Present were John Wagner, Dave Paulsen, Jeff Mueller and Cindy Butterfield. Lindi Magnuson was absent.
Minutes were read. Motion by John Wagner and seconded by Jeff Mueller to accept minutes as read. Motion carried.
Dave Paulsen presented award incentive at the annual meeting. Cindy posted on the website and on facebook.
Cindy passed out copies of Chapter 7 – 12 of the ordinance book and pointed out changes made. The committee will review for the next meeting and bring any changes back to be discussed.
Dave Paulsen pointed out needed changes in chapters 1-6. Cindy will make these and then get them to the website for update online. She will also review table of contents to see if any changes are needed.
We need to add award to the comprehensive plan. Jeff Mueller passed out a sketch at the Sand Road park. There should be room for 4-5 rustic camping sites. Need to look into rules, possible fire rings, posts with signs and check regarding permits. We wish to keep rustic and no porta potty would be available. Cindy compiled a list of informational numbers to post on the website. She will work on getting this online with a disclaimer that we do not endorse any business but it is for information only.
Next meeting will be May 26th at 6:00 p.m.
