The board meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. All board members were present along with 4 residents. Pledge of allegiance was recited.

There were no changes to the agenda.    

Minutes of the 2/8/2021 meeting were read. Motion to accept the minutes as read by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s report given. Motion to accept the report as given by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried.

Recycling report showed that in January there were 13.41 tons of garbage and 4.41 tons of recyclables/paper.

Last month there were 1 building permit and no fire signs.

Discussion on Clean Up Day. Due to the increased cost last year we will be doing clean up day differently this year. We plan to set up dates for residents to take their items to Great American Disposal and residents will need to obtain a ticket to be able to leave

their items at GAD. Tickets will be distributed by the clerk. More details will be put on Facebook and the website.

Discussion of ongoing road improvement projects was that the crew was doing equipment maintenance and put the weight limit signs up.

Correspondence was a couple of advertisements from companies offering spring services on the roads.

Public comments were that a road sign was knocked down and needs to be addressed on Butterfield/Chitko.

Next meeting will be April 20th following the annual meeting which starts at 6:00 p.m.
