11/1/21
The meeting was attended by the full board and the clerk and treasurer. No residents came to the meeting.
Discussed the amounts that were increasing i.e. garbage, recycling, road worker salaries and the finishing of the salt shed. We decided to have a regular budget and a column adding the additional $25,000 for road work that we are requesting the public give the town. Resolution of Town Board to Propose Exceeding Levy Limit passed. Budget meeting will be held on November 16, 2021. Clerk to post immediately. Meeting adjourned.

The public hearing regarding the 2021 budget collected in 2022 was called to order at 5:00 p.m. Chairman Younglove explained the increases. We can take an unused levy increase of $3250, we are requesting an additional $25,000 for road work and we can also take a debt service levy for the building of $27,600 which will free up those funds for other needs.
There was some discussion from Bob Brandt regarding millage for roads and garbage.
Resolution to increase the levy by the unused previous year’s levy of $3250 passed on a voice vote of 7 to 0.
Resolution to increase the levy by $25,000 for road work passed on a voice vote of 7 to 0.
Resolution to set the 2021 levy collected in 2022 for a total of $273,424 passed on a voice vote of 7 to 0.
Motion made by Supervisor Groy to accept the 2021 town budget of $273,424 and seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried.
Motion made by Supervisor Groy to adjourn the meeting and seconded by Supervisor Paulsen. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
