The board meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.  Pledge of allegiance was recited.  All board members were present along with 4 residents.   

Motion by Supervisor Paulsen, seconded by Supervisor Groy to adopt the agenda as given.  Motion passed. 

Minutes of the 1/11/22 meeting were read.  Motion to accept the minutes as read by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen.  Motion carried. 

Treasurer’s report given.  Motion to accept the report as given by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen.  Motion carried. 

No recycling report from the new hauler yet but the final numbers in for the 2021 showed that we came in under budget for our garbage/recycling pickup.

No permits in January.

Discussion of ongoing road improvements are that the crew is just plowing and sanding.  The windshield on the truck was replaced as it had a crack from a rock hitting it.  A resident asked as to when Jossart Road will be paved.  It is on the 5 year plan but we do not have a definite date yet. 

No correspondence.

Public comments were that a resident was wondering when we expect the garbage cans.  GFL will give us a weeks’ notice when they will be coming.  We plan to get them out as soon as possible after they are received.       

Next meeting will be March 8, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. 

Motion to adjourn by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Supervisor Paulsen.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
